The Port Perry Town Hall Players are thrilled to announce that their 2016-2017 Season Subscription is now on sale. See four fantastic shows produced by the Borelians and Scugog Choral Society at the historic Town Hall 1873 Centre for Performing Arts

This season you’ll see:
- AUGUST: OSAGE COUNTY – Written by Tracy Letts, this play has been hailed as one of the greatest American plays of this century. Winner of the 2003 Pulitzer Prize and the 2003 Tony Award for Best New Play, this engrossing drama was later turned into an Oscar-nominated film starring Meryl Streep and Julia Roberts. PLAYING OCTOBER 2016.
- OPERATION DADDY: HERE COME THE WAR BRIDES – in celebration of the 70th anniversary of when Canada’s War Brides arrived on our shores, this toe-tapping and inspiring musical by Scugog’s own, Liz Austen, is filled with big-band favourites…. and lots of heart. PLAYING NOVEMBER 2016
- VANYA AND SONIA AND MASHA AND SPIKE — A side-splitting and sexy comedy written by Christopher Durang, this show originally played on Broadway to sell-out crowds and had an all-star cast including David Hyde Pierce and Sigourney Weaver. Winner of the 2012 Tony Award for Best New Play, this show is a hilarious crowd-pleaser that is guaranteed to chase away the winter blues! PLAYING FEBRUARY 2017.
- SCS MUSICALS 40th ANNIVERSARY SPECTACULAR: Scugog Choral Society is celebrating 40 years of outstanding musical theatre by throwing the biggest trip down memory lane imaginable Come sing along to your favourite Broadway show tunes and go back in time as a legacy of community theatre is celebrated!
